Return Policy

At Bleusette Living, each piece is selected or handcrafted with care and intention. The following policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the wrong item was received.

Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item received and packaging so we can assist you.

Final Sale Items

Due to the handmade, customized, consumable, and one-of-a-kind nature of certain products, the following items are final sale:

• Crystal bowls, towers, palm stones, hearts, carvings, specimens, and other one-of-a-kind crystal items

• Custom or personalized jewelry

• Sage, Palo Santo, incense, oils, and other consumable products

• Items marked Final Sale

• Gift cards

Crystal Items

Each crystal item is unique and may naturally vary in color, pattern, shape, size, flash, veining, inclusions, and other characteristics.

Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

These natural variations are part of the beauty of genuine crystals and are not considered defects.

All crystal items listed above under Final Sale Items are final sale.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the easiest option is to place a new order and, if eligible, request a return for the original item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Discounts & Promotions

Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Only one discount code or promotional offer may be used per order.

Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases, shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, or final sale items unless specifically stated.
