Can I request a custom size or design?
Custom sizing or design requests are available only when specifically offered on the product page. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Requests entered only in the order-notes or gift-message box cannot be guaranteed.
What happens when an item sells out?
Many Bleusette Living pieces are created or selected in limited quantities. Restocks depend on the availability of the stones and materials, so an exact design may not return once it sells out.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. Keep all packaging until the issue has been reviewed. We will work with you to determine the appropriate next step.
